About AMW Advisory Group LLC
Most construction and engineering firms don’t stall because of the work. They stall because growth outruns the way the work is managed: scope changes that never get billed, proposals that live in someone’s inbox, invoices no one reviews before they go out, and an owner who is still the approval step for everything.
AMW Advisory Group LLC is a fractional COO practice. I work alongside the leadership team and build the operating system underneath the projects: standardized workflows, procurement and contract controls, reporting people actually use, and clean handoffs between sales, delivery, and billing. Then I train the team to run it without me.

Contracts, Proposals, and Billing
Contract and scope-of-work structure, procurement and proposal tracking, and invoice review, so scope, additional work, and acceptance are settled before work starts and invoices are reviewed before they go out.
